RRSP PLAN

1. PURPOSE Stormtech offers the ability for associates to contribute to the RRSP Group Plan through payroll deductions. This gives the associate the opportunity and convenience to save for an RRSP without the additional administration fees. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all Stormtech associates working in Canadian locations. 3. POLICY • Associates wishing to participate in this program, after completing their probationary period, should contact the Payroll Department. Associates should visit their nearest branch of the RBC Bank to open a Group RRSP account. Once the RBC paperwork has been completed, the associate will contact the payroll department for the Payroll Deduction Authorization form.
