Technology & Security • All company data and equipment must be used in accordance with the Technology Use Policy. • Employees are expected to follow cybersecurity best practices, including secure passwords, encryption, and safe internet practices. 6. HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE Stormtech is committed to ensuring the safety of all employees, including those working remotely. In line with most provincial health and safety agencies guidelines: • All remote employees must complete a Remote Worksite Safety Checklist prior to starting remote work and annually thereafter. • A documented Emergency Preparedness and Evacuation Plan must be completed before starting remote work. • If an injury occurs at the remote workplace, employees must contact their manager immediately and address and act in accordance with the following policies: • Health Safety and Wellness • First aid and Injury Management Policy • Incident Investigation • Managers and employees are responsible for maintaining a safe home workspace free from recognized hazards. 7. POLICY COMPLIANCE Remote employees are required to adhere to all existing company policies, including but not limited to: • Business Compliance • Code of Conduct and Ethics • Confidentiality & Data Privacy • Hours of Work • Occupational Health & Safety • Technology Use
