Outlet Discount Policy • Full-time and part-time staff members receive a staff discount for purchases made in the Retail Outlet. At time of purchase, a staff account will be made for you if you do not already have one made at the outlet. • The staff discount in-store is 70% off full price items (works out to be same as wholesale less 30% off) 30% off last ticketed price for clearance items, and 50% off seconds and samples. • Product credits cannot be used at the Outlet. • Returns of items purchased at the Outlet must be made at the outlet following the customer return/exchange policy guidelines. Full priced retail items are full refund within 30 days of purchase, clearance one items (first markdown applied) can be exchanged or given store credit within 30 days of purchase. Any final clearance items (has received more than one markdown) seconds and samples are final sale.
