Every item is crafted using premium materials that undergo rigorous quality assurance processes, including extensive lab testing, wear testing, and product safety evaluations. Backed by a five-year warranty, our products reflect our dedication to exceptional workmanship and durability. With our Sustainable Product Care program, we empower customers to maintain and extend the life of their products, combining quality and responsibility for a positive environmental impact. PFC’s and PFAS Elimination Initiative Stormtech is a leader in eliminating harmful perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from its products, reflecting our commitment to environmental and human health. Since our first PFC styles were launched in 2018, we have transitioned in 2020 to 100% PFAS-eliminated waterproof and water-repellent materials with rigorous testing to ensure compliance with our PFAS Prohibition Policy. As we advance this initiative, we remain dedicated to working closely with our suppliers to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-performance products that meet the expectations of our customers. Sustainability Assessment Stormtech participates in independent third-party sustainability assessments to measure and improve our performance across our global value chain. In 2024, Stormtech earned an EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing us in the top 35% of companies assessed during the 12-month period prior to the medal issue date. This rating reflects the strength of our sustainability management system and our ongoing commitment to transparency and responsible business practices. EcoVadis evaluates companies across four key categories: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. We use these results to guide our continuous improvement efforts and to align our operations with recognized international standards. Our EcoVadis scorecard helps us identify priority areas for improvement and supports our goal of strengthening sustainability performance year over year. Stormtech became Carbonhound Certified at the Standard level for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions under the GHG Protocol. Our inventory also includes the following Scope 3 categories: Upstream Transportation & Distribution, Employee Commuting, Downstream Transportation & Distribution, and Waste Generated in Operations. Carbonhound has confirmed that there are no material gaps in our Scope 1 and 2 data or in the Scope 3 categories we currently disclose. Additional Scope 3 categories with material data gaps will be incorporated into our 2025 GHG inventory, supporting a more complete understanding of our value-chain emissions and future reduction planning. Responsible Sourcing Stormtech’s participation in the Better Buying Partnership Index (BBPI) emphasizes our dedication to transparency and collaboration with suppliers. We achieved an exceptional BBPI score of 91, demonstrating our commitment to responsible sourcing and ethical supply chain practices. This score reflects our dedication to building fair, transparent, and collaborative relationships with our suppliers, ensuring sustainability and respect for workers’ rights are at the core of everything we do. Supply Chain Transparency Stormtech has taken an important step forward in responsible sourcing by mapping and publishing our key supplier facilities through Open Supply Hub, a platform used by leading global brands to improve supply chain visibility. Our interactive map is now live on our website, giving customers and partners a clear, verified view of where many of our products are made. This move reflects our commitment to transparency and supports growing expectations from regulators and clients across our industry. Using Open Supply Hub provides several benefits: standardized and accurate facility data, the ability to benchmark shared factories with other brands, and a strong foundation for compliance, ESG reporting, and future risk-mapping. Most importantly, it positions Stormtech as a brand willing to openly share its sourcing footprint while building a scalable framework as we work toward our 2025 goal of mapping our top tier 1,2 and 3 factories. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification In 2025, Stormtech advanced its commitment to quality and operational excellence by beginning the process toward ISO 9001:2015 certification. Work began in September with a full gap analysis, followed by the development and completion of our Quality Management System (QMS) Manual, which now outlines the structure, processes, and standards guiding our organization. We are currently preparing for Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, with the goal of achieving full ISO 9001:2015 certification by early 2026. This milestone will strengthen our internal systems, support continuous improvement, and reinforce the level of quality and consistency our customers expect from Stormtech. Carbon Footprint Stormtech continues to strengthen its climate reporting through annual CO 2 e measurement and greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting. In 2024,
