Sustainability in Every Square Foot Stormtech’s new Markham facility is built with sustainability at its core. Over 75% of construction waste was diverted from landfill, while eco-conscious landscaping minimizes water use. Housed in a LEED-certified building, the site features energy saving elements:

• White reflective roofing to reduce heat absorption • LED lighting with motion sensors to reduce energy use • Infrastructure for alternative solar energy.

The building is also optimized for the health of the Stormtech team working at the facility. Inside, advanced air filtration and increased natural lighting create a healthier, more comfortable environment for staff. Walking paths, landscaped grounds and outdoor seating provide easy access for a break outdoors. Secure bike storage, EV charging stations, and close proximity to public transit support greener commuting options, underscoring a commitment to both the planet and the well-being of the people who power our brand.

Speed that Delivers Stormtech’s commitment to speed and reliability takes a major leap forward with the opening of our new distribution center in Markham, Ontario.
