PUBLIC AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS

1. PURPOSE This policy outlines observance of and pay related matters for Public and Statutory Holidays in Canada. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all full-time, part-time, and contractual associates working in Canadian locations. 3. POLICY Stormtech observes all public Canadian statutory holidays. The Company provides paid statutory holidays each year to all eligible associates. • Full-time regular associates are eligible for statutory holiday pay effective immediately upon employment. • Part-Time and Contracted associates are paid for Statutory Holidays according to provincial legislation requirements which states, associates must have been employed for 30 calendar days and have worked 15 of the last 30 days preceding the holiday to be considered eligible. • When working on a statutory holiday, associates will be paid according to provincial legislation, and paid an average days’ pay plus time and a half for the first 12 hours worked and double-time for any work over 12 hours.
