JURY DUTY/WITNESS LEAVE

1. PURPOSE Stormtech provides associates with unpaid jury duty and witness leave as defined by this policy. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all Stormtech associates working in the State of Utah. 3. POLICY • The company will grant unPaid Time Off for mandatory jury duty when an Associate is required to appear as a result of a court ordered subpoena. • The company will grant unPaid Time Off for mandatory deposition or witness hearing when an Associate is required to appear as a result of a court ordered subpoena.

4. RESPONSIBILITES • It is the responsibility of each associate to provide prompt notification of the need for leave.
