TERMINATION

1. PURPOSE The Termination Policy provides guidance to Associates regarding requirements and expectations at the end of their employment relationship. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all Stormtech Associates working in the State of Florida. 3. POLICY Resignation An Associate resigning from his/her position must provide written notification to his/her manager. At-Will Employment Employee’s employment with Stormtech is at-will. This means that either Stormtech or the Employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason at all. Vacation Pay upon Termination Associates who leave the company for any reason are entitled to vacation pay for vacation earned, but not taken as of the last day of employment.
