VOTING LEAVE

1. PURPOSE Stormtech provides associates with voting leave as defined by this policy. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all Stormtech associates working in the State of Florida. 3. POLICY • Associates are encouraged to vote outside of regular office hours. •

Associates who are unable to vote outside of office hours are provided up to 2 hours of unpaid time off to vote.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES It is the responsibility of each associate to: •

Request voting leave at least one day before the election. • Ensure the time off is accounted for on timesheets.

It is the responsibility of the manager to: •

Ensure the time off is approved and recorded correctly. • Ensure requested time off does not conflict with business activities.
