COURT LEAVE

1. PURPOSE Stormtech provides associates with unpaid court leave as defined by this policy. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all Stormtech associates working in the State of Florida. 3. POLICY • Associates who are parents, guardians, or legal custodians of a minor, and required to appear in court with the minor, will be granted unpaid time off work in order to do so. • Such associates must provide at least seven (7) days’ notice or let their manager know within 24 hours of receiving notice of the hearing, if seven days' notice is not possible.
