DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LEAVE

1. PURPOSE Stormtech provides associates with domestic violence leave as defined by this policy. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all Stormtech associates working in the State of California. 3. POLICY • An associate who is a victim of domestic violence can take time off from work to get help to protect their own or their children’s health, safety, or welfare, including taking time off to get a restraining or court order. • Associates can use available accrued vacation or sick leave for this leave. 4. RESPONSIBILITES It is the responsibility of each associate to: • Provide prompt notification of the need for leave.
